Yuliang Chang

November 3, 1936 - January 7, 2022

Yu Liang Chang, 85, went to his heavenly home on January 7, 2022. His devotion to his family and steadfast belief in God formed the foundation of a life filled with love, hope and faith. Yu Liang was born in Shanghai on November 3, 1936. He moved to Taiwan and graduated from Tunghai University in Taichung. He married Fu Chun Chen in 1964 and was blessed with two sons, Tony and Steven. In 1968, Yu Liang came to America to advance his education and secure a future for his family. He enrolled at Fairleigh Dickerson University and worked numerous jobs. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1971 with his MBA degree. In 1970, his wife and two sons joined him in the South Bronx, NY. The family later moved to Morganville, NJ in 1976. He founded Sun Sun Industries in 1979 and operated his international trading company along with his wife until 2005, when they retired. Yu Liang raised his two sons with discipline and integrity. He had an unwavering loyalty to his immediate and extended family. He deeply valued wisdom, good character and moral values above all things. He was loyal, kind and generous to everyone around him and had a special affinity for animals, especially his dog Mimi and his fishes. Yu Liang is survived by his wife, Fu Chun; his sons Tony and Steven; his beloved grandchildren Chloe, Rachel, Nathan, Zachary and Elijah; his daughter-in-laws Sandy, Karen and Michelle.
