Ting Tai Yeung Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Ting Tai Yeung, 85, of Old Bridge, NJ passed away peacefully on July 11, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 22, 1937 to the late Johnne Lee and Yuet Moi Chan in Canton, China. In the early 60's, she immigrated with her children to Hong Kong and later became the owner of three factories located in Kowloon City, Kwun Tong, and To Kwa Wan. In the early 70's, she immigrated with her children to the United States and sought several ventures in the restaurant industry before retiring in the 90's. She was known as "Li" to all of her friends and has always enjoyed being on the go from the moment she woke up. Li can best be described as a social butterfly as well as an astute businesswoman. She loved taking trips with family and friends to Atlantic City. Her favorite slot machines were, "Fu Dao Le" and "Heavenly Riches". She is survived by her four children, Kin Man, Kin Yee, Kin Yung, and Candice. Nine grandchildren, Philip, Jonathan, Diana, Jordan, Kelly, Eric, William, Katelyn, and Kenny, and two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Caleb. Four sons-in-law, Ming, Joe, Tak, and Dennis. One daughter-in-law, Eva. Special mention must be made for her endearing cousin, Yuen Wai Tung and his wonderful family residing overseas. She was preceded in death by her spouse. Wai Yeung and her daughter, Kin Mee. Funeral services and viewing will be held on Saturday, July 16th, 2022 from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at Old Bridge Funeral Home located at 2350 Route 516, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. She will later be interred at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hillside, NJ.
