Michael J. Tocci Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Michael J. Tocci, 81, of Old Bridge, NJ, passed away on November 22, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY, to Frank and Anna Tocci on October 26, 1940. Michael grew up in Brooklyn, and then later moved to Matawan, NJ with his family, where he lived for 21 years. He proudly served his country in the Navy from 1962 - 1967 and was a Wall Street professional for over 40 years. Michael was a parishioner of Basilica of Regina Pacis in Brooklyn. He loved helping others and was very active in the church community. He helped raise money for the church through numerous fundraising events and volunteered in the youth center, including coaching baseball. He later served as an usher at Most Holy Redeemer in Old Bridge, NJ. Michael was a true Mets and Giants fan and stuck by them in good times and bad. This was just the kind of man he was. Michael is survived by Barbara, who he was married to for 57 years. Together they had three children. His daughter Laura, his two sons, Michael and his wife Diana, and Steven and his wife Eimear, and four grandchildren, Dylan, John, Pedro, and Pillar. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 28, 2021 from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Old Bridge Funeral Home 2350 Old Bridge Matawan Rd, Old Bridge, NJ 08857 Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at 10:00 AM on November 29, 2021 at Most Holy Redeemer 133 Amboy Rd, Matawan, NJ 07747.
