Dominic Nicoletti Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Dominic "Nick" Nicoletti was born October 7, 1923 in Jersey City, New Jersey. He served in the United States Army during World War II in which he was stationed in the Philippines. Mr. Nicoletti was united in holy matrimony to Katherine Nicoletti in August 1955. This union was blessed with two children. Mr. Nicoletti worked for years as a sheet metal mechanic before retiring in 1985 . He enjoyed going to Atlantic City and playing pool with family and friends, who loved to hear his stories about his time in the army and extensive life experiences. Dominic Nicoletti peacefully departed this life on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Nicoletti; sisters, Mary, Sophie, Nell, Angie; and grandson, John Osborne. His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his children, Daniel Nicoletti and Theresa Osborne; son in law, John Osborne; daughter in law, Alexandra Nicoletti; grandchildren Nicolette Osborne, Danielle Nicoletti, and Dominic Nicoletti; and great-granddaughter, Aryana Akubueze. Family and friends are invited to remember Dominic during his services, with visitation on Friday, August 20 from 4-8 PM at Old Bridge Funeral Home, 2350 Rt 516, Old Bridge. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 21, 10AM at Most Holy Redeemer Church, Matawan followed by entombment in Fairview Cemetery, Middletown.
