Christine Korn Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Christine Korn, 63, of Parlin, NJ passed away on October 16, 2021 at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. She was born on May 23, 1958 to Dolores and Daniel Schultz in Staten Island, NY. Christine Grew up in Old Bridge, NJ and resided there for many years until her recent move to the Parlin section of Sayreville, NJ. Christine and her beloved husband Richard met as teenagers. They were quickly married and from their love raised a family of their own. They spent 22 years together until Richards passing in 1996. Christine worked as a Property Manager for Kamson Corporation for 14 years. She was a woman of faith and loved her congregation at Calvary Chapel Toms River as well as Old Bridge where she attended services for many years. She had a love for the beach and enjoyed spending her New Jersey summers down the shore in Ocean Grove and Ortley Beach with her family. She was also a free spirit with a passion for traveling and vacations including trips to Disney World and many other locations. Above all, her greatest Joy was being a grandmother to her four grand daughters. They were her world and her favorite days were spent with them doing activities or cheering them on for their sports games. Christine will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Christine is survived by her daughter, Melissa Korn; her son, Richard Korn and his wife Emily; four sisters, Nancy, Karen, Deborah and Theresa; four granddaughters, Samantha, Brianna, Makayla and Alexandra; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Korn and her mother Dolores Schultz. Visitation will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at Old Bridge Funeral Home, 2350 RT 516, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 11:00am at Old Bridge Funeral Home, 2350 RT 516, Old Bridge, NJ 08857.
